How we run corporate events
Corporate bookings are judged on whether anything went wrong, so the parts that matter are the unglamorous ones: arriving in the window we said, staying out of the way, and leaving the space exactly as we found it. The attendant is in plain black, works the station rather than the room, and does not need managing by whoever is already running your evening.
The finish time is usually fixed by the venue rather than by the guests, so we plan the pack-out backwards from it. Everything leaves with us the same night — no kit collected the following morning, no coals to dispose of, nothing left for your office manager to deal with on Monday. If the building has a loading bay, a service lift or a security desk that needs names in advance, tell us at booking.
Pricing is the same flat rate as everything else we do: $65 per hookah for a three-hour event with the attendant included, 5 hookah minimum, and an hourly rate beyond three hours. You get the number from the quote builder rather than from a callback, which is generally what a finance team wants before approving anything.

Can you invoice us rather than take a card?
The deposit is taken by card through the booking flow, which is what holds the date. For the balance and for anything your finance team needs — a proper invoice, a PO reference, company billing details — get in touch directly and we will sort it before the event rather than on the night.
Do you have liability insurance for our venue?
Yes, and most corporate venues ask for the certificate before load-in. Request it at booking and we will send it across so it is on file well ahead of the day rather than being chased on the afternoon of the event.
Can you work around a hard finish time?
Yes. Tell us when the venue needs the space clear and we plan the pack-out backwards from that, not from when the last guest leaves. Everything goes with us the same night.
